Straight hair! HELP!?

My hair is very straight and i can't do anything with it, i want to make it a little wavy, but it's won't do it, i got some soft curlers, would that help? How would you suggest i make it wavy?

yes, soft hot rollers would do great. just leave them in overnight, and walla!

also, try wetting your hair and them moussing/ scrunching it. that always works and ALWAYS looks great.

I envy you! lol I have wavy hair and I CHI it every other day to get it straight!

If it's extremely fine and straight, its gonna be really hard to get it to be curly or wavy. After washing your hair, try towel drying it just for a bit. Then add a mousse made to add body to your hair. Scrunch your hair while distributing the mousse. Use a diffuser blow dryer to dry it. Dont use a brush while drying it, use your fingers instead to keep it from tangling.

Put curl activator in your wet hair. Then, in 2 inch sections, twist all of your hair to make it look like you have dread locks almost.... Spray it with a spray gel and then scrunch it and dry it with a diffuser. A friend of mine does this and it works very well! I hope it works for you!!

I have the same type of hair and the only way I have found that works without making my hair greasy is extra hold mousse with hot curlers. Garnier fructis mousseworks amazingly for how cheap it is. Blowdrying before removing the curlers helps set the curl,

u can braid ur hair for a couple of days, like a french braid (if u dont want pigtails). Or keep it in a bun. My friend has really straight hair she does this, im sure it will work for u

Learn to love it straight. Look for other straight-haired women whose hairstyles you like and ask who cuts their hair. Very straight hair is the hardest to cut well, so a stylist who understands straight hair is a GEM!

The best hairstyles for straight hair are usually blunt cuts or very short looks. The short looks are only good if you have a well-shaped head, because you won't look like you have much hair. For the rest of us, any blunt cut, or slightly shagged cut works - from chin length to butt length or longer.

On the plus side, straight hair tangles less than any other hair type and usually has the most shine. The curly-headed folk envy us! Straight hair looks GREAT long, and is the strongest hair.

you could buy a crimper, I think they still make them, if not wash your hair @ night, dry it %26amp; then sleep w/ it in braids , take the braids out in the morning %26amp; your hair will be wavy, other then that curl it %26amp; spray the mess out of it

or get a body wave.

I have the same type of hair, I now have it straight %26amp; in long layers, that works too.
