You could try using a straightener on it, but if you try that you might want to use shampoo and conditioner for damaged hair because all the heat isn't really good for it. I straighten my hair almost every morning, and to prevent dryness and damage i use Garniers Moisture Restore Conditioner, and Garnier Sleek and Shine Shampoo ( which keeps away frizz).
