and i have straight hair with the same length but how does she get her hair really all peicey and straight in the ends?!

Try buying a hair straightener you can get them from anywhere that has hair dryers you can get a good one for about $60-$100. But dry your hair with a hair dryer first then use the hair straightener that way it will do less damage to your hair.
